From the beginning our main goal was to ensure buildings stayed safe and compliant, with the safety of those inside in the forefront of all our work. We wanted to offer the most diverse number of services to ensure all our clientele can trust in the safety of there systems as well as have the means to offer our services to everyone possible.

At Smoke Vent Services we understand that not every site will be local to us, which to some can become an issue regarding urgent call outs, but for us it isn’t. We have a reliable team of fully qualified engineers who are as dedicated, individually to this line of work as we are as a company. This means, no matter where in the UK, our engineers will travel. Alongside this, we hand pick engineers who are based in some of our busiest areas so we can tackle a larger workload and ensure all of our customers are responded to as quickly as the next.
How do you ensure the work you’re carrying out is precise and correct?
Every time Smoke Vent Services is given a job to attend, we carefully read the report we are given that identifies the action required, and delegate each one to a specific engineer who we believe will perform the best in relation to the action required. We also create in depth reports of our own, outlining each measure and step we have taken to get to our desired result. Following this, we get a further 2 more colleagues, one being our director to further read through this report, this is to guarantee the quality and precision of the work has been accomplished. By doing this, we can highlight certain areas that may require more work or in the unlikely case, we can identify any areas we may have missed.
